Why it us taking too long to fix this issue , and the CS team they are no use

App fails to login at least 50% of the time.

Only works on wifi. Easy to use otherwise, but annoying that it doesnt connect without wifi.

To anyone that cant tell the difference between brokers in my opinion shouldnt be trading at all because clearly FXCM is a dealing desk broker thats why you get that waiting time when you enter a trade there is nothing wrong with your phone or your internet connection thats the broker decking on either to keep the trade on their dealing desk or to send it to the market .if you dont know your broker dont trade but learn

Must be broken. Cant login on phone or computer.

Horrible. My trades are closing without my permission.

With the newest update this app is now the best one available for trading. Thank you guys for taking suggestions and for the custom fib levels as well as volume and drag and drop entrys

Still needs alerts and not even in the pc work

I like this app and all its features, its easy to use and its a great quick way to trade on your iPhone... But its needs updated for iOS 8 and iPhone 6 plus. And it needs PRICE ALERTS and INDICATORS ALERTS PLEASE I hope this is updates they will do real soon...

It is very convenient to draw a trend line and get notification when it gets broken at the close of the candle. This will be the biggest improvement by far! And a stochastic rsi indicator needs to be added. Other than that app is the best!

Very heavy to load every time. Charts almost always not available. Rarely to be able to see a chart. In more of than 50% of login time you dont see your open positions. It says not available now. Half of the other 50% you get every position doubled, I mean if you have 2 open position you see 4 open ones and each 2 are identical. The application shuts down by itself suddenly but not too many times actually happened 3 times only in a month. The live rates that you can see without logging in are not accurate or near accurate.

The rates wont load...so annoying! Lovely set up though

Pretty good setup. Indicators and necessary items as well as news are all there. But the charts have a hard time loading for some reason. Wasnt a issue in the past.

even after turning off sounds, if I turn on a radio app and then go to trade, this app stops any audio playing. other forex apps dont do that.

App works great, it would be nice to see an update for the Apple watch

Very bad stupid apps

Ive had positions close at a stop or limit and while I was watching the app it showed that the position was still open. This is happened multiple times, and when I called tech support they blamed it on my wifi. This didnt fly with me because at the same time I had two other devices working just fine. Ill be going to a different broker that has a app that actually works.

Its a great on the go app for doing my trades on FXCM! Great tools included to observe swings in momentum and strategies.
